LET GO AND GROW
We can’t implement changes until we recognize the imperfections. We want security but security obtained by refusing to acknowledge imperfections impedes growth. Acknowledging weakness rocks the fragile ego. But the overwhelming fear of change stagnates growth—growth necessary to develop essential skills to surmount the reoccurring challenges.
EMOTIONS AND LOGIC
The ambiguousness of emotions creates vulnerability. When our body is awash in emotions, we feel fragile, at the mercy to an inner-power we can’t fully explain. The answer, for some, is immunity to emotions. Blocking the feelings stimulated by the emotions creates a measure of security; but the security comes at a great cost.

WHAT is TRUE
Truth must be discovered individually. We don’t create truth—something is true or it isn’t. Since we can’t infallibly determine what is and isn’t true, we need a guidance system to help sort through the countless flow of information. CONTINUE....
The search for the meaning is never complete. There’s no exact point we can declare that now knowledge is complete—enlightenment. The process of enlightening constantly increases awareness, each added nugget of understanding deepens and enriches. CONTINUE.....
Recognizing reoccurring emotional patterns provides opportunity to intervene with unproductive reactions that previously knocked us off track from intentions; such as angry remarks that injure rather than repair important relationships. CONTINUE....

DISLIKE: I DON'T LIKE YOU
Developing core values, such as kindness, patience, and compassion, will not guarantee universal acceptance. For whatever reason, some people will not like us. It’s their prerogative. We may find we naturally drift towards some people and away from others. CONTINUE....
