Emotionally Reactive:Emotionally reactive is when we impulsively react to triggers during extreme emotional states. These are those fight-or-flight reactions that tend to be overreactions to the situation.
In emotional reactive states, our perceptions narrow. altered by emotionally heightened states of mind. The emotional surge prevents unbiased views, and cognitive examination. We react in the moment.
